Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of WEVIUM (https://wevium.com), the games published on it, including REIGN: Crownfall, and the WEV virtual currency (together, the “Service”). The Service is operated by WEVIUM, [company address] (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the Service you accept these Terms.

1. Who can use WEVIUM

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country, if higher). If you are under 18, you may only make purchases with the permission of a parent or legal guardian, who accepts these Terms on your behalf. You may not use the Service where it is prohibited by law.

2. Your account

You are responsible for your account and for keeping your password secret. One person, one account; accounts are personal and may not be sold, traded or shared. Tell us immediately at support@wevium.com if you think your account has been used without permission.

3. Virtual items and WEV

WEV and the cosmetic items, titles, passes and other digital content available on the Service (“Virtual Items”) are a limited, personal, non-transferable, revocable licence to use digital content inside the Service. Virtual Items have no monetary value, are not money or property, cannot be exchanged for money or anything of value, cannot be transferred between accounts, and are never paid out. 4. Purchases

Payments are processed by Stripe. WEV bought with money is delivered immediately after payment. By buying WEV you expressly ask for immediate delivery and acknowledge that, once it is delivered, you lose your statutory right of withdrawal for digital content, where that right applies. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law.

5. The $REIGN token

$REIGN is a community token on Robinhood Chain that can optionally be used to obtain WEV and holder cosmetics. We do not sell $REIGN, do not operate its market and make no promise about its value. Read the $REIGN disclosure before interacting with it. Robinhood Chain is operated by third parties; WEVIUM is not affiliated with or endorsed by Robinhood Markets, Inc.

6. Fair play

Do not cheat, exploit bugs, use bots, automation or modified clients, harass or threaten others, impersonate anyone, share illegal or hateful content, or interfere with the Service or its servers. Match rewards are capped per day. We may remove Virtual Items obtained through cheating, bugs or chargebacks, and may suspend or close accounts that break these rules.

7. Your content

You keep your rights in the names and chat messages you submit and give us a licence to host and display them on the Service. Names must not infringe anyone's rights or be offensive; we may change them.

8. Our content

The Service, its games, art, music, code, names and logos — including WEVIUM, WEV, REIGN and REIGN: Crownfall — are owned by WEVIUM or its licensors and protected by copyright and trademark law. Third-party components are listed on the Credits page. You may stream and share videos of your gameplay, including monetised videos, as long as you do not suggest endorsement by us.

9. Availability and changes

We work to keep the Service running but do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change, pause or end features, seasons or games. If we permanently close the Service, we will give at least 30 days’ notice where possible. We may update these Terms; material changes are announced on the Service and apply from the date shown.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Service and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts for serious or repeated breaches of these Terms. Unused Virtual Items are lost when an account is closed, except where the law requires otherwise.

11. Liability

The Service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of data or Virtual Items, or for anything outside our reasonable control, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

12. Law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of France, without depriving consumers of the protection of the mandatory laws of their country of residence.
